Career Navigation Exploration

The Career Navigation Exploration badge is earned by completing the Onboarding & Exploration module of the Modular JA Workforce Coaching Program. Through guided reflection on work values and completion of the JA Career Interest Inventory, participants explore career paths aligned with their interests and strengths. This 90-minute module lays the foundation for personalized goal-setting and skill development in future coaching sessions.
