Earned by completing a full 12-topic coaching program with a participant, providing motivation and support while teaching critical career development skills. Work encompasses teaching: - transferable skills, including time management, decision making, communication, and goal-setting - financial literacy basics - career-oriented skills, including identifying a career, creating an action plan to achieve career goals, developing a resume and a professional online presence, interviewing, earning a digital credential, and applying for a work experience or educational program. The coach must handle any potential issues, such as incomplete independent work, lateness or no-shows, and discouragement to keep the participant on track to submit an application by the end of the program.
